ASL with Alli
I'm currently a college student, potentially looking to transfer to further my career with American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting. To ensure I keep my hands moving as I work towards my other credits, I made the decision to start an ASL YouTube channel. This will allow me the opportunity to both practice and reinstate my ASL knowledge while sharing and teaching the language with those who may be interested in some beginner signs. Click below to go to my Youtube Channel, ASL with Alli, and subscribe if you're interested in learning!
*To note, I'm not a licensed teacher, just a student of the language and advocate for the Deaf community with an interest in practicing and sharing my knowledge!
I will begin posting videos 07/01/2024.

Back in high school, I fell in love with ASL and Deaf Culture/the community. I would go on to take American Sign Language all four years of High School, and I even took some time to Peer Tutor towards credit and start a club alongside my peers. I would go on to receive the California State Seal of Biliteracy, and I also enjoyed many other opportunities, too, such as signing the National Anthem alongside my peers and attending DCS of San Diego sponsored events.
I would later carry on to take ASL in college while I was able, and I would again start an ASL Club with my classmates to support and encourage students to learn and practice their ASL skills. While I wait to be able to take ASL at another higher education level where it is available, I look forward to making these videos to keep up my current knowledge and share the language!
